Data Deletion Instructions

RABT allows you to request deletion of your personal data, including data received through Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

If you messaged a business that uses RABT

Send an email to [email protected] with:

1. The name of the business you contacted;
2. The channel used (Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.);
3. The name / phone number / username you used on that channel.

We will delete your conversation data within 30 days and confirm by reply.

If you are a RABT Business User

You can delete individual conversations from your RABT inbox at any time. To delete your entire account and all associated data, email [email protected] from your registered email address. Account data is deleted within 90 days of termination.

Facebook / Instagram data

Disconnecting your Facebook Page or Instagram account from RABT (Portal → Settings → Channels → Disconnect) immediately stops all data flow from Meta to RABT for that asset. You may additionally remove RABT's access from your Facebook settings: Settings → Business Integrations → RABT → Remove.
